New MT Job!!

I just started a new job! The last one was not really working out. It was not steady enough and I needed more work. So I just started a job with a new company. I started working yesterday and so far I really like it! It's a lot better! I even get benefits after three months! I have a steady work flow and the work is a lot more like I was taught in school! I really love it so far!

I'm excited to be able to start bringing in some money for us, especially since once Jon starts medical school he won't be able to work. It is a lot of pressure on my shoulders but I know it won't be forever and I'm glad I can help support him! We leave in 3 and 1/2 weeks and I can't believe it!!! We are so excited to stop worrying about selling and move on to something bigger and more exciting!!

I am enjoying spending time with Amber! It's so nice to have her here!! I miss the rest of my family but she's so great so it's okay!! I adore that girl!!

I feel so grateful for all that has been going on in our lives! It's going so well and I really appreciate all that Jon is doing! He is so wonderful and inspiring and encouraging! I don't know what I would do without him!

It's Friday!

Look people! I remembered!!

This week my dear Jonathan rocks because he takes care of everybody.

My husband is so giving! He works hard to take care of me and to make sure I'm happy but he also wants to make sure other people are as well. If there is a family member or friend visiting then he works super hard to make sure they are comfortable and have everything they need and want. He worries so much about his recruits that he brought out here for the summer and he works super hard to try to help them be as successful as they can be. So many people look up to him and he really puts a lot of effort into making sure that he lives up to their expectations.

I love him so much! He is such an amazing man and he has so much to give! He is truly amazing. I really look up to him. He has so much more drive than I do and I learn so much from him! I love you Jonathan!

My Better Half

Big surprise, I missed it again!! My husband really does rock people! Haha. Yesterday I wasn't home all day and so I missed it again.

As I was falling asleep last night, with our mattress on the living room floor and both me and my husband still feeling a little sick, I looked over at my sleeping husband and thought about all the things that have been going on in our lives lately. I couldn't help but be grateful for all that my husband does for me. He goes out to work even when he isn't feeling well and he always knows how to make me feel better. So even on those days when I'm feeling sorry for myself and like no one likes me he is always right there to cheer me up and tell me how silly I am being.

I love knowing that if I didn't have any friends at all and it was just him and I together that we would be more than happy. I don't need anybody but him and sometimes I wish it was just us. Don't get me wrong, I love all my friends and family!! haha! I'm just so happy to know that when we move away and suddenly don't know anybody that we will be perfectly happy. I'm so in love with Jonathan. He is everything to me! I saw this quote today and thought I would share:

I thought it was so cute and absolutely true. I love those butterflies which are so tender but those earthquakes...when you so filled up with love that it shakes you to the soul...that is the best feeling you can ever have!

Dallas Cowboys

So first of all, wow, I can't believe I keep forgetting about My Husband Rocks Friday! I'll try to work on that! haha!


Things in Dallas have been interesting. This summer has been a lot different from the other summers. There have been a lot more issues and it hasn't really been as fun as the other summers. But it's okay. I'm just glad this is our last summer! I'm still having fun with Jess, so we're definitely having a good time! However, there have been a lot of rumors running around since we left Nashville and it's been pretty frustrating. Oh well, it's life. People can think what they want.


Last week we went to go and see the new Dallas Cowboys stadium! We were just going to look at it around the outside but we ended up checking it out on the inside too. With some of Pat's super talent at getting what he wants we ended up getting to see a lot of stuff! We went down to the field and saw the Cowboys practicing! We found out that it also happened to be the only day of the year that they let people inside while they were practicing! Talk about luck!!


Once they left the field we got to go onto it and then we went and saw the locker room and the cheerleaders locker room too! It was really cool! I'm not super interested in the cowboys but it was a pretty amazing place. The Superbowl is going to be there this year so it's pretty cool that we got to be on the actual field! It was amazing!! We had so much fun! What would we do without Patrick!!? He is pretty awesome!


I am super excited for Amber to get here next week!! It's going to be pretty fun! I think that Jess's sister is trying to come out around the same time that my sister is leaving. So that should be fun too! I am planning on taking a lot of pictures, finally, while she is here! It's going to be pretty awesome!!


Really though we are just excited to get to Michigan! We are done with summer sales and we are so ready to move on and do something that we really want to do! I also found a new job and should be starting sometime within the next week or so! It sounds a lot better than my previous job so I'm excited! Other things going on, well I know TONS of people who are engaged, just got married, just got pregnant, or just had babies!! My sister (at heart) Taleya just got engaged to a great guy and I'm so happy for them!! I could go on and on about everyone but I'll just say a special congrats to Rochele who found out she is having a boy; Leslie, who just announced she was pregnant; Whitney, who is getting really close to full term after having previous pregnancy problems; and Carrie who just had a baby boy!! You are all wonderful ladies and I'm so glad to call you friends!!

Blessings in Dallas

Things have been interesting since we moved to Dallas. There have been a lot of bad things happen, mostly just drama with people. So and so doesn't like so and so, so and so did this, so and so did that... It's been exhausting but in the end the good things have outweighed the bad things.

We love it here in Dallas. The weather is amazing! Humid but not overly so, hot, but generally not too bad. Jon has been doing really well here! Much better than in Nashville. He hasn't gone even one day without selling anything and that feels so good. On Monday he sold 4 systems for the first time this summer and it feels great! We have been having a lot of fun with Jess and Mac! It's always nice to make friends that you end up caring about so much and to have them care about you in return is something to cherish. We are so happy to be able to spend so much time with them! I love having friends like that. Jess and Rochele are my angels and I love them so much!! Though we miss Erick and Kira like crazy!!!!

I have been looking for a job and have just found one!! It's perfect!! I will be working on Tuesday through Saturday from 1-9 pm. It's exactly the same schedule as Jon minus Monday and I can't believe how perfect it is going to be! Much better than my previous job! I will also be getting benefits in 3 months and will be getting a pay raise hopefully in not too long. We feel very blessed to be out here. Things are going well. We are catching up financially and this weekend we will be getting a nice push in the right direction when Jon gets paid and we are so grateful for that!

My sister, Amber (Nichelle) is coming to see me around the 23rd of June and I AM SO EXCITED!! She wanted to stay for at least a month but unfortunately we could only work in about 3 weeks but it's still a long time and we can't wait for her to get here! We are going to have fun at the pool and watch Color Splash Miami and do whatever we want!! It's going to be great!! And next summer she'll get to stay longer!!

Kira just graduated high school and I am so happy for her! I miss her like crazy and I wish I could see her too!!

We are loving life! We get to buy stuff to make sushi this weekend which rocks!! We are so happy together and we don't even care that people are spreading rumors around about us. It doesn't matter. We are so happy and we love our lives!!

Everything Is Bigger In Texas

So I figured I needed to get you all caught up. We are no longer in Nashville, TN. Last Monday we moved to Dallas, TX!!! Things were not goings as well as we wanted them to in Nashville so we moved with a few people to a place where we believe things will be better.

So far so good!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it here!!! The weather is AMAZING!! It reminds me a lot of Cali actually! It's warm and a little humid but not near as humid as Nashville. It's been awesome to get a break from cold pouring rain! Here it's warm rain and only lasts a few minutes and doesn't even happen everyday! I love the trees. There are so many and they look like a lot of the trees in Cali. It's a beautiful place. I love the atmosphere! It feels a lot like it did last summer. Like summertime. Fun, exciting, successful... I can't really explain how it is but I love it so much!! It's a very happy feeling and I am definitely happier here!

I do miss the people that we left though!! I miss Rochele like crazy!! I wish she was out here with me and Jess!! We love you so much girl!! Speaking of Jess, I don't think I've talked about her yet. She came out about 2 weeks ago with her husband Mac. Mac is one of Jon's recruits. We quickly became good friends and we would hang out with Rochele all day everyday! It was really hard for us to leave her behind. Jess is awesome!! I have a lot of fun with her and we laugh a lot! She is definitely an inspiration to me! She does hair too and she cut my hair! It's awesome! I love it!! She is also getting me to work out with her, so that will be a good thing! I'm terrible at working out!

I miss my sisters like crazy!! Kira is graduating in a few days and it's crazy!! I can't believe it! I wish I could be there at her graduation!! I keep seeing all these pictures of them that are being posted on facebook and stuff and it makes me miss them so much!! Amber is awesome and we have been talking a lot lately!! I miss her so much!!

I've been thinking about my life in the past little while and I am thinking that I might want to do things differently than what I have been thinking. I'm not sure though because I change my mind a lot but I am thinking that I want to wait to have kids for a bit. I'm considering going back to school but I haven't decided yet. If I do I'm thinking of going to a trade school instead just a regular college. I don't want to take generals and that required junk. Not sure yet though, just thinking.

So things are going well for us! Jon's sales are picking up. We love Texas!! And we are so happy!! I really love my life and I'm excited for the future!!

Birthday Cont...

Okay. So on his birthday we were able to meet and have lunch together. We went to Panera and it was so yummy! I love Panera!! It was so fun to enjoy having lunch together too. So special. Then when Jon got home from work I had dinner all ready to go. We had sushi!! They make sushi at Kroger and it was actually really good for store bought sushi. Don't worry, I had tried it before so I knew it would be good! I also made him his cake. Yellow cake with chocolate frosting, his favorite. The funny thing was that candles come in packs of 4, so I had to buy a second box, I ended up deciding to buy a different kind of candle so one stood out. It kind of just looked funny.


After that I gave him his presents. He got 5 movies and 2 Wii games plus a pack of his favorite cookies. He loved them all and was very happy with how his birthday turned out this year. After that we went to the store and got some ice cream and them we went back home and watched some TV... I don't remember what we watched. Haha. We spent the rest of the night relaxing and enjoying each other!


The next day when he got home from work we had everybody meet us over at Logan's Roadhouse. We ate dinner with everybody and Jon got presents from the Fillmore's. He got a really funny card, fake lotto tickets, an Iron Man kite, and a new game to play! It was funny! After dinner a bunch of us went to see Iron Man 2!!! It was so good! Super funny!! Jon loves Iron Man so I was glad he liked it so much!!


Then on Sunday we finished off his birthday celebration by finally singing to him and eating his cake! haha!! He had a really great time and I was so happy that I was able to give him a good birthday, since usually I suck at stuff like that! :)

HAPPY 25TH BIRTHDAY!!

Today is my amazing husband's birthday!!! He just turned 25!! It's so crazy to me! 25 is a big deal!!! He can officially rent a car without paying extra! Haha!! 25 seems to be the prime age, that's how I see it anyway. You aren't too young and you aren't too old, it's perfect!!

I have some fun things planned for him today!! This morning I made him breakfast and then we cuddled on the couch. We were going to a lot more but Jon decided he was tired so we went back to bed, but it was fun because we cuddled while we slept, it was really nice. Then we got up and got ready for the day. I took pictures of myself yesterday with the letters to spell out 'I love you' on different parts of my body. I've scattered the pictures around for him to find throughout the day! I also gave him one of his favorite candies for a gift. I wanted to give him at least one thing before he left to work for the day!

I won't tell you about what is planned for the rest of the day until tomorrow so I can tell you how it went as well!



Today is FRIDAY!! So it's also MY HUSBAND ROCKS FRIDAY!!

Today my husband rocks because he likes to spend time with me!! He decided that today he wanted to spend his birthday just with me and then we would go out and do stuff with friends tomorrow! It means a lot to me that he enjoys being with me and chooses me over everyone else!! He is such a sweetheart!! I just adore him!!

I love you Jonathan and I hope you have the best birthday EVER!!! MWAH!!

My Husband Rocks!

Oh my gosh! It's Friday and I actually remember to do this!! Crazy!! Haha

So this week my husband rocks because he is willing to sacrifice. He works so hard for us and he sacrifices so much. He doesn't spend unnecessary money so that we can have what we need. He sacrifices sleep in order to help his recruits get what they need. He even sacrifices time with me so he take care of business so we can have what we want and need. He works so hard and he is such a big help. On top of all the stress he has in his life he still works hard to make sure I'm happy and successful. He has his down days, everyone does, but he always works hard to stay positive. He lights up my life and brings me so much happiness! I always feel so blessed that I get to spend eternity with him!!

My Husband Rocks

I can't believe I forgot this again. I think I need to put an alarm on my phone or something to remind me! I even posted a blog yesterday and I still forgot!! My gosh I'm terrible!

I've really missed my husband this last week and half. Jon's parents have been in town visiting and while we enjoy having them here, it means less 'us' time. It's hard to even take the time to talk about much with others around.

This week my husband rocks because he is grateful! I am one of those people who thrives on praise. If I do something that I think should be noticed, like making a nice dinner or cleaning the house for example, than I make a point to make sure it is noticed. It means a lot to me that Jon almost always notices without me saying anything. He is always so grateful to come home after a long day of selling and have a yummy dinner.

I love Pinnacle summers because we get to spend so much time with the other people out here and we have a lot of fun. It can be really hard though. Especially if he hasn't had a sale one day or just had a bad day. Plus he gets home so late and he is tired and hungry. We want to have a nice big dinner but it sucks to have to eat so much that late at night. It's been a battle to try to figure out what is the best way to work out our lives but Jon is always so thankful for the effort I put it and I am so grateful for all the hard work he does during the day and the attention he still gives me.

It's so nice to have each other to get through the tough spots in life. I love Jonathan so much! He is everything to me!
